One person was killed and two were injured in a fiery five-vehicle crash during a Harford County Sheriff's Department pursuit on Tuesday afternoon. — One person was killed and two were injured in a fiery five-vehicle crash during a Harford County Sheriff’s Department pursuit on Tuesday afternoon.

An investigation by the attorney general's Independent Investigations Division found that Senior Deputy Allen Jennings "did not commit a crime under Maryland law."
